Product Description

The concentrator is the data centralization unit of the intelligent meter reading system,it processes data by establishing a communication channel between the exchange master computer and the water meter unit.
It can be set to automatically read the water meter at a fixed time every day, one day or two days (designated day) in a month.
The reading data of meter will be saved in concentrator for main control computer to read at any time (you can Issue reading instruction any time to get latest reading data).
The main control computer can read meter data through modem dialing, RS-232, or wireless meter reading.
Modem connection: when concentrator is connected to a telephone line, it will automatically answers incoming calls and receives meter reading instructions to complete meter reading and other operations.
RS-232 connection: The concentrator is connected to the main control computer through a USB extension cable.
TCP/IP connection: The main control computer connects to CDMA/GPRS concentrator through internet, and no need for wiring between the concentrator and the main control computer, but require CDMA/GPRS network in concentrator installed location, and main control computer can connect to the internet.
