*The RF card heat meter is composed of a basic heat meter with a shut-off valve and a card reader, to achieve prepaid function to solve the problem of cost arrears.
*Press and hold the CTRL key for more than 5 seconds to enter the calibration status (for testing department use only). The heat (or cooling) consumption will display with three decimal, and the flow rate will display five decimal, press and hold the CTRL key again for more than 5 seconds or wait for more than 8 hours to automatically leave the calibration status and enter normal mode.
*The alarm parameters can be set by the administrator (heat 1000kWh), when the preset alarm parameters are exceeded, the valve automatically closes to remind user recharging, warning will be lifted after recharging complete, then the valve automatically opens.
Installation:
*Before installation, clean the debris inside the pipeline to prevent blockage of the meter.
*The IC card water meter must be horizontally installed, and the direction of the arrow being the same as the direction of the flow.
*To ensure measurement accuracy, a 6-12 times of nominal diameter long straight pipe section need to be left in front of the meter, and a 4-6 times of nominal diameter long straight pipe section need to be left behind of the meter.
*The installation position of the Heat meter shall be away from sun exposure, water flooding, freezing, chemical and electromagnetic pollution, and shall be convenient for disassembly and reading.
