Function:
*To protect water meter measuring elements from damages by solid impurities, and ensure water meter working smoothly.
*When the impurities in pipe are big sized, use type A filter box with 6mm round filter core.
*When the impurities in pipe are small sized, use type B filter box with 5mm hexagonal filter core.
 

Working Condition:
working pressure: 1.6Mpa.
Highest working temperature for cold water type: 50ºC.

Feature:
*Small pressure loss and high flow capacity.
*Stainless steel fixer in filter core for rust- resist purpose.
*Impurities can be taken out with filter core for easy cleaning.

Notes:
*Filter box installation should follow GB/T778.2-1996 standard, it should be installed on inlet of water pipe with the distance 15 times of nominal diameter.
*Easy installation,maintain and disassembly need to be guaranteed in installation site.
*Flow arrow mark on the filter box should be accorded with water flow direction.
*Stone, bud and asphalt in newly installed pipes should be cleaned.
*Users must clean the filter net periodically to avoid pipe blocking.
*Water pressure in pipe should be released before disassemble filter net.
*Max working pressure of filter box is 2.0Mpa, otherwise box body may be damaged.
